Dr. Israel Gannot, associate research professor of electrical and computer engineering, is among the first funding recipients of the Johns Hopkins University Exploration of Practical Ethics program. Gannot is also chief executive of Opticul Diagnostics, a medical diagnostic device company that has been located at the JHU Montgomery County Campus.
