Farmers Market Season Extended

People at the Farmers Market

Thanks to overwhelming community support, the Shady Grove Farmers Market season has been extended five weeks. Rather than ending Sept. 25, the market will run through Oct. 30.

The Shady Grove Farmers Market is sponsored by Johns Hopkins Montgomery County and is held on campus at the corner of Key West Avenue and Broschart Road. Hours are 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Wednesdays.

Each week features local farmers, vegetables, fresh fruit, food trucks, meat, eggs, baked goods, jewelers and crafts.
