Meeting Space Rentals
The Montgomery County Campus offers modern, smart, technologically advanced, comfortable facilities for seminars, association meetings and conferences.
Traditional meeting space can accommodate between 10 and 160 people, while the 268-seat auditorium is ideal for larger events. The campus has 46 “smart” classrooms that can be reserved and computer labs that can be rented for training or online seminars.

The campus offers a Polycom mobile videoconferencing system that allows for audio and video communication worldwide.
The new videoconferencing system, which can be used in many meeting spaces, allows users to access up to 6 multipoint sites (including the campus) and one audio site. Users can view far-end site and near-end site simultaneously, and can share content, such as PowerPoint presentations or video, via a Hopkins-provided PC, document camera, VCR or DVD player. The system includes two 42” plasma monitors and can project images or video to a larger screen if needed.
Equipment should be reserved when coordinating space rental. There is an additional cost for use of this equipment.
JHU MCC offers wireless Internet access to all on-campus guests.
Free parking is available for your event participants. All attendees must display a parking permit while on campus. Event coordinators will be provided more details about this process when booking events.
Those renting our facilities can use any licensed caterer they choose. In addition, an on-site cafe can provide catering services. If you need help identifying a caterer, we can provide a list of recommended caterers. You may request that list when reserving space.
